SS501′s Kim Kyu Jong, who has been enlisted to serve his mandatory military service since July 2012, sent his fax letter to B2M Entertainment together with his knittings for donation.
Kyu Jong’s person in charge of his official website updated the Staff Report on February 1, mentioned ThanKYU (Kyu Jong's fanclub) and Kyu Jong joined various donation activities.
Kyu Jong sent a parcel including many knitting hats to his company, B2M entertainment and said he would like to join hands with his fan for charity donation, so in his freetime, he knitted those hats on his own. Kyu Jong also stated that his skill was touched by his mother.
Many kpop fans, especially ThanKYU are touched by his warm heart. They commented, "Even he is now serving in military, he is still doing charity works. Such a thoughtful idol!", "He knitted really well", "I'm so proud of him, miss him a lot" and so on.
